Observation details

Typically seen near the other parking lot but unusually late to be found here now. I heard a loud two note call 'kaBrick' in the campground from the road parallel to the campsite. Once I came around it was very easy to locate near campsite #9. A bit larger than the other flycatchers seen here in season. Stayed nearby as other sites trees were heavily leafed. It was perched on a naked branch. It moved between treetops but was easy to relocate by continuously calling. Brown head, whitish throat, breast leading to lower very pale belly. Long dark rufous tail and faint wing bars. Excited seeing 'R' when I entered in ebird Spent nearly 20 minutes locating, relocating 4 times and observing. Audio from Merlin app.
