Observation details

Heard the bird singing faintly but still recognized it immediately! I continued walking close and it got louder but moved locations. I eventually saw it while singing on top of a young tree (8ft or so). I then watched it fly across the trail to about the original spot that I heard it. It went silent when a red shouldered hawk came in, mobbed by blackbirds, robins, and a grackle. Yellow warbler continued singing though. Have decent recordings! Located just north of utility path to parks maintenance building
