Observation details

Greyish brown above. Pale grey flanks that formed a vest, with white central breast/belly. Yellow lower mandible. Lighter colored splotches on throat than nearby Swainsons. Smaller than a Swainsons that passed next to it, although that could be a difference between individuals. Faint song almost whispered, barely opening mouth. At one point flew 10-15 feet up in a tree and started making louder calls before flying back down. Pulled a couple of worms from the leaf litter but I’m not sure it ate them
