Observation details

Continuing bird found by Bob Battagin. Small alcid, much smaller than nearby Pigeon Guillemot. Overall a dark gray/black, very short, broad red-orange bill. White underparts. Long, thin white plume from eye extending downward, toward cheek and nape of neck. It vocalized repeatedly. Many thanks, Bob!!
