Observation details

Found this morning by Manuel. First Williamstown record. Chuckling insistently and seen about 40’ out from the lookout by the speed bumps north of the pond. Flew a little south, but seemed to make its way back toward the original location subsequently. Went silent around 0830 when the sun came out.
