Observation details

Noticeably larger than the surrounding Least and SP sands. Wings elongated and crossed in the back. Got brief glimpse of white rump when it “hopped” across the water to a new mud flat. When first found I was so excited this might be a Baird’s. Then Graham arrived and got a flight shot which crushed that dream :). but confirmed White-rumped.
