Observation details

After really going over the photos, I think this is a Broad-tailed. Chunky bird with wings shorter than tail, tail shape looks more like BTHU than a RTHU. The gorget color looks more magenta than red and the shape of the gorget seems to match the BTHU better. Also has evidence of buffy/rusty below.
