Observation details

Photo to follow. This bird has been locally well twitched. has been seen in the company of a male Northern shoveler, and has been in this location since the 30th of April. Lots of discussion and a one observation of blue wing tabs. Birdguides has it down as a Cinnamon Teal. Picture not fantastic as had to digiscope it and do a bit of work to make it clearer.
