Observation details

Flying north of Timi Point - 4 large terns (medium to large gull size) with white rumps and large red-orange bills. Seen well in my scope but they were well past by the time I got my camera on two of them. However, in thse video grabs, the black under the primaries and the red bill on 1 bird (in 1st photo) can be seen. I've seen several Caspian Terns over many decades birding in, Ireland, Europe & N. America. On range grounds, Caspian is the only large tern likely in Cyprus. Video clip sent to eBird reviewer Andrew Keaveney.
