Observation details
First of season. Heard loud clear sweet song from very low or ground level in wet (standing water) dense understory. Eventually got a few clear binocular views - narrower yellow-tinted eyebrow, denser darker streaks below, faint yellow tint concolorous between eyebrow and underparts (unlike bright white eyebrow and underparts contrasting with peach flanks that Louisiana shows), plus simpler more consistent song rule out similar Louisiana Waterthrush. upload audio soon.
