Observation details
Estimated by counting individuals across several flocks that I photographed. Pretty spectacular to watch streams of brant actively in migration. See photos for the scale of one such flock—we saw at least four separate, large flocks. Happy to provide further photos documenting individual flocks--although I didn't photograph all of the ones we saw.
