Observation details

Obvious Booby; Overall brown body and wings; pinkish bill with black tip; bluish skin around the eye; located on Boliver Flats between barrel 10 and 11; first discovered by Eric Ripma; bird moved from the beach into water and flew short distances, but then returned to the beach. Photos will be added.
