Observation details
Saw pair 3x, likely same birds as I was in the park awhile. Last seen on fence near model airplane field. Earlier: Saw them chasing each other near the new burn area / at the southwest corner of the lake. Also picked up some sounds / ID confirmation with merlin. Saw same pair? again in reeds near terrace.
