Observation details

Found by Sarah Koeppe and reported to Discord at approx 4:52pm. Small goose with black breast, neck and head and large white cheek patch that encompassed the eye. White belly and light gray flank. Secondaries and back barred white and black when wings folded. Walking on golf course with two CANG. No bands on legs.
