Observation details

Two exhibiting courtship by raising up belly to belly and flaring their head feathers. Afterward they swam and dove together for at least 5 minutes (I left, so they may have continued much longer). I wasn't able to get my camera on them during the main display, but got a few shots of them together, including with head feathers flared.
