Observation details
Continuing bird, previously seen around North Curl Curl Rockpool, now seems to be based around Dee Why Rockpool. Distinctive slender bird with dark plumage and white cap. Cruising around on rough seas, occasionally settling on surface. Seemingly unconcerned by humans, flew within arm’s reach of surfers on multiple occasions.
