Observation details
Continuing, spotted in trees and bushes around the cherry blossoms trees near flag pole area. It flew to the bare trees in the "bowl" and then down to the ground where it hopped around next to the paved path. Not the best photos due to dark conditions. It was a delight to see this rarity!
