Observation details
thanks to Nelson Apolo for letting us know where to find this bird; he and a group of birders observed what is most likely this same ind. a few days earlier at this same spot; bird spotted by Dusan and photographed by both of us; bird foraging, silent, ca. 15m above ground in taller trees that grow over the main rd. close to entrance of MCF; seemed to be a member of a mixed-species flock. my poor photos show: pale yellow underparts except especially for belly which is whitish; white lores; black eyeline, dark grayish crown (not very visible in my photos), upperparts not photographed nor well-studied by me but maybe dull green?; total time we observed this bird: a few (maybe 3?) minutes; foraged rather rapidly compared to sluggish movements of resident Chivi or Brown-capped Vireos; I am not familiar with Philadelphia Vireo.
