Observation details
Two birds!!!! One bird was flying ~30 meters before drifting back towards the bridge, then repeating. Eventually it gave up and sat still, likely dying. A second bird then flew in with much more power, coming very close and showing off its bat-like flight, forked tail, split rump, big bill, strong upper carpal bars and forward held wings.
