Observation details

Grrrrrrup, vocalization, low pitch at lower end of sonogram, soft frog like. Perhaps a bit lower pitch than recording on Costa Rica app but similar, need to compare to Macaulay. Did playback and vocalization ceased. Not 100% sure of ID but this species/form is frequently previously reported as heard from this location. In 0303 recording, captured this (faint) sound at ~16 seconds, ~26 seconds, 34 seconds, 42.8 seconds, and at 1min08sec. I would be curious for feedback this from an eBird reviewer or someone more familiar with this owl.
