Observation details
Seen on far end of pier around 7:30am. It then flew to perch on a No Swimming sign near shore. Then to a light pole near Magic Golf. It then returned to the No Swiimming sign near the shore for a short stay and flew east out to the pier chasing a gull that had a small fish. Finally it flew eastward towards the Best Western hotel.
