Observation details
Continuing, and much hoped-for bird! This bird was originally found by Shelley Seidman at Erie basin Marina. It was later re-found by Phil Mills, and has been seen by several other observers. Notable features include the blockier head, comma-shaped facial marking, and over all darker body - white on the side of shoulders more like diagonal ovals instead of mostly white on Common Goldeneye.
