Observation details

Stunning sighting. Small owl observed at the top of some Siberian Elms. Initially noticed by movement in the crown of the tree. Dark brown vertical streaks along breast and belly. Very small in size, and no ear tuffs. No small birds mobbing the individual. Photos to be added.
