Observation details

spotted by Cullen working deliberately and somewhat slowly through a vine tangle, reminding both of us very much of a Neotropical gnatwren; presumed initially to be a Gray Longbill, which we had heard nearby, but the staring yellow eye confirmed it as a Yellow
