Observation details

Continuing - Small Empid that never stopped moving and stayed low, never venturing up into the many eucalyptus trees that surrounded the area. It make frequent sallies but mostly did not return to the same perch - seemed to be working a circuit that was about 75 yards long. Upperparts, wings, and tail gray-olive, wings darker than the body had white-ish wing bars, eye-ring that seemed to be complete but made a tear-drop shape behind the eye, lower mandible orange. Flicked its tail often and made faint whit calls.
