Observation details

Gorgeous adult male with bright red head that gleams pink in the sunlight, same color chest and underbody. Has a defined dark grey eyeline with wings and back that look like a Black Phoebe. Very small flycatcher flittering about happily catching flies and looping back to its perch. Moved perches a few times. Photos don't do justice how bright red this bird was when catching the light. Originally seen in tree at 36.9415921,-121.7445667 before moving to the two trees slightly further north before flying off after about 10 minutes.
