Observation details
Haven't run into a lowland one in a while! Recorded, seen at very close range. Bold white eyebrow. I'm 90% positive I heard another yesterday at the south end of the Sehome Hill Arboretum (48.728, -122.484) but was on the bike and didn't have time to get a visual or recording.
