Media notes

Recorded while a pair of birds was making repeated flights to catch prey, then returning to their perches of choice

Observation details

These two birds apparently make a habit of hanging out by the edge of the Governors Mugie property, feasting on the confluence of flying insects that are attracted by the lights emanating from the main room. I stood at the edge of the patio and watched these two, decently-well lit, repeatedly making fly-catching sallies from their perches and returning back to the same perch. Very impressive dynamic flight action. Making cute little grunts when excited.
