Observation details

Breakfast lifer. We were just finishing or our delicious eggs and arepes when a large bird swooped up and landed 20’ away on a bare branch. Daniel and I were both calling out piha with our mouths full. Really good close looks, all olive piha with slight eyering eating fruit. Would sit still and then flycatch a fruit from a nearby branch and then land to eat it. Totally silent.
