NOTES: (Third Recordist: Alvin Carpenter. Breeding Status: Unknown. Gen. Climate: Dry. Cover Density: Medium.) On further recording, secured a different call of the same bird. BNA: Song "ho-say, ho-say ma-ree-ah". Also rolling musical "quip-quip-quip" not mentioned in BNA. mf [Yes, this is mostly the Song (sensu BNA) of the species, but also with intermittent "pip" Calls, and an unusual trilled series at 5:04-5:10 (unfortunately decapitated - see LNS #56863 for a complete rendition of this vocalization) that was not mentioned in BNA. Quality unchanged (2) - 22 December 2004]. Other Behaviors: Advertise. Habitat: Forest, Coniferous Forest.
