Observation details

Description: Adult pair with 3 chicks in frame. Possible vocalisation of both chick and parents. Vocalisation is discussed as part of research paper. Goenarto, P. (2024). Life history of the Black Partridge Melanoperdix niger, with novel adult and chick vocalisations. Journal of Asian Ornithology, 40, 23-32.
