Observation details

Continuing bird originally found by M. Sadowski. Pale second-cycle bird with mostly black bill, white head with darkish eye, extensive white on wing coverts creating pale panel when perched. First spotted on the water around 9:30am, then made its way toward the dock, feeding around one of the tall buoys nearshore for a while, and eventually perching on the red building and in a boat.
