Observation details
First seen by Erik Winits and thanks to Stephanie Hill for reporting. Striking Raptor with Red-Orange bill with gray at tip, White throat, neck and upper breast fading through black scaling into black underside, black crest, black wings and legs and yellow feet. The bird was walking like a Secretarybird through the field, pausing briefly at times and then took flight along the tree line and out of sight. White tail and wing patches seen in flight.
