Seen at 3:05, coming from the east, carrying fish, landed on roof of blue Stewart & 89th Self Storage, then moved to utility pole, palm, and behind Comfort Suites before flying toward87th and out of sight. Immature, streaky, lighter head, large light colored bill, barred tail, large light patches in wings, Buffy rump patch. Deep wingbeats.
