Observation details

one distant juvenile appeared very rufescent and had me going for a while as Sharp-tailed. I almost started calling folks, but the bird was far and I wasn't sure. Hiked back to car for muck boots to get out closer. Eventually did, and all that was there were juv and adults, with most juveniles clearly being more rusty. Though these pictures do hint at that appearance, I think it was wishful thinking and distant views.
