Observation details

Seen on the western bay island (Which I think may be Elder Point Marsh) from the Southeast corner of SCSP. Large, squat, white, owl-shaped bird sat on a platform. Took some bad iphone photos, but we watched it for a little while and it was ruffling itself and hunching down when the wind got bad.
