Observation details

Elongated Grebe sp. with dark cap blending to white from the ears to the cheeks. White chin, and throat. Grayish neck that wrapped around to front of throat narrowing for a meeting point around the mid-neck. White chest and neck below this point. Yellowish bill, especially at the base, but did appear to turn dark/grayish on the upper and towards the tip. Stretched its wings at one point to reveal white on the leading and trailing edge of the wings. The rest of the grebe had a grayish mottled back. Have poor pictures.
