Observation details
Apparent Ross's Goose seen flying east over McDaniel slough with Cackling. Joshua Stacey seemed pretty confident in Ross's as this birds bill was obviously very small in the photographs. The bird flew directly overhead, which was cooperative, but not ideal for judging if there was a grin patch. Slightly smaller than the Cacklers.
