Observation details

*Rare and high count. Located just before I arrived by Sarah Schwartz. Three birds attempting to roost in the cedars around the Hains Point tip. Flushed a few times due to various passerbys. Shallow, moth-like wingbeats. Short "ears" discernable when roosting in cedar trees which is the first time I've ever seen a SEOW in a tree. DC Bird #249! Many photos.
