Observation details

Part of a flock of 41 Juncos that supplemented the usual flock of 6 following the snow storm. I counted them 1 by 1 in the morning and it is the largest winter junco flock I can recall seeing. In addition to at least 5 Oregons and at least 1 probable Cassiar some of the other birds had somewhat buffy flanks and backs like the one in the image, but the majority were pretty standard looking Slate-coloreds.
