Observation details
One flew across some trees before landing in the middle of a tree in the valley. I saw it at eye-level as I was stood and observed from the gardens of the Buddhist temple. A second hornbill, with a visible orange casque that was more prominent & larger than the first hornbill, joined it in the same tree but was perched slightly higher and started to actively hop upwards toward the top of the tree. It flew across the temple grounds toward the higher hills behind the temple as the weather grew mistier. The second hornbill with the smaller casque stayed longer in the tree before subsequently flying across a tarmac road towards the lower hills.
