Observation details

This was in a path exiting the general area. Will add photos. We walked off the path into the forest. The habitat was as expected, small stream under dense evergreen canopy. The bird was perched low hunting the stream. Small kingfisher, Orange chest, pink legs, iridescent blue black wings and back. Orange behind black beak.
