Observation details
Woot woot, superrarity! Vulture sized bird with broad wings with a white spot, white tail with black line, and golden nape. Seen for a few minutes circling relatively low over the trees along powerline cut, (29.7243030, -82.4466734), before it disappeared towards east south east. Got several pictures that I will upload soon!!
