Observation details

Great find by Sam Phillips and Catherine Webb. Photos This bird was flying around the moorings off Del Monte Beach. It would occasionally land and sit for a few minutes. After around 30 minutes, it flew directly out of the bay. Upon reviewing photos, I wonder if it has a broken leg or embedded fishhook.
