Observation details
Barn door sized raptors, pronounced primaries, mostly black with some white underneath. Poor photos. Seen from within Santa Barbara County but I'm not sure which county they were in. I was three miles from the Ventura County line and the birds were distant, but not sure if they were within SBA or not.
