Observation details

*Personal first for Little Compton. Flushed from some grasses above the rocks at the south tip of the promontory of Lloyd's Beach. Since I passed this spot on my way out and it only flushed on my way back I assume it came off the water and landed here while I was watching morning flight around the corner. After flushing, the bird made its way past the spit southward and landed on one of the rocky islands.
