Observation details

Continuing. Naresh Satyan had the bird when I arrived. Similar to Black-bellied Plovers but considerably smaller with a much thinner and shorter bill. Bold white-ish supercilium. Buffy overall, Spots were generally whitish, but had gold spots in a few places.
