Observation details

Peep about 1/3 size of nearby Killdeer. Short, straight black bill (w/ black base). Black legs. Closest to juvenile plumage, brownish-gray, with breast more white than not. Wings not projected beyond tail. Western was a consideration given mostly white breast, a bill on the longish side for SESA, and (maybe) a bit front heavy. But ultimately I landed on SESA.
