Observation details
After reviewing photos, we discovered that this very unusual Hawk with a white stripe above the eye , light belly , speckles on the belly and dark remiges is a Swainsons Hawk. Kathy spotted it flying over the tree line low past the second yellow gate. Photos will be added.
