Blue Jay making imitation calls of Cooper Hawk on a ix bird flock. Recorded with Iphone 12 on my driveway 8:17am. Birds in the flock White-breasted Nuthatch, American Crow, Red-breasted Nuthatch, Black-capped Chickadee, American Goldfinch. Merlin App identify this as Cooper Hawk. However all birds where not intimidated by the calls they kept looking for insects and berries.
Observation details
One Blue Jay in a nix flock of birds. Calling imitating calls of Cooper Hawk. It full Merlin. Audio with iPhone will be attached
